TISAX certification – secrecy
The INFECTED is TISAX safety certified. Every INFECTED employee and freelancer is obligated to maintain general confidentiality about unpublished projects and processes of the company. Each project of the INFECTED is automatically classified as „confidential“ and falls under the general duty of secrecy.
Doors at Neuer Pferdemarkt
We should always keep the main entrance door to INFECTED at Neuer Pferdemarkt closed. The metal door on the 1st floor should be closed at any time. Your colleagues will let you know the entrance code.
Slack / Slack Channels / Slack Netiquettes
INFECTED uses SLACK as an important Communication Tool within the company. SLACK thus replaces any type of internal email traffic. We communicate as little as possible in threads in Slack Channels, that is to say: answers are always written directly into the Slack Channel. Quick reactions to slack messages – like approval or „I’ve seen it!“ -are done with emojis.

The INFECTED.OS is our internal organization tool, you can request vacations, find an overview of projects and the VFX Library, etc.

Notification of illness
In case of a sick report, please contact your author as soon as possible and in case of a project participation, contact your producer / artist „Tandem“.
Kitchens, common areas & customers
We have various kitchens and common areas at our locations. Please treat these rooms as your kitchen or living room at home – please clean your dishes independently in the dishwasher and your returnable bottles away and have an eye on the cleanliness and order in these areas.
Customers can be in our rooms at any time – therefore it is always advisable to be just as prudent and friendly.
The refrigerators are primarily filled for customers. If you take a drink from the fridge, please put 50 cents into the money box on the fridge. Please do not take any drinks from the fridge which are almost used up. Water, coffee and tea as well as fruit are always free for you. And, we only drink beer after 6 pm after work.
Working Hours
The team starts work every day at 9am and has a core working time until 6pm.
There is 1h break provided. Of course, projects can temporarily postpone such working hours.
